Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Products Only

Nicole Adams sells exclusively digital products. No physical items are shipped.

There are no shipping costs or physical delivery times to wait for. Your purchase is delivered electronically after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

How You Receive Your Order

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link or access instructions for the digital products included in your order.

Delivery is normally available within a few minutes of purchase, although in some cases there may be a short delay while your payment is being processed.

Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct, as your purchase information and download details will be sent to that address.

File Formats and Compatibility

Our products are delivered in digital formats appropriate to each resource. The exact file type and any relevant compatibility information are described on the applicable product page.

Many of our products, including the Teacher Planner, are provided in PDF format and can be used on compatible computers, tablets and mobile devices.

For the interactive Teacher Planner, we recommend opening the file with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app to make the most of features such as:

  • fillable fields;

  • automatic dates;

  • dropdown menus;

  • interactive navigation;

  • automatic calculations.

Other PDF readers may allow you to open and type in the planner, but some interactive features may not function as intended.

If you have not received your order email or are having trouble accessing your files, please check the following first:

  • Check your spam, junk or promotions folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered.

  • Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

  • Allow a few minutes for your payment and order to finish processing.

  • Search your inbox for your order confirmation or download email.
