This is for you if…

You are confident in front of a class, but the admin and the planning are eating your afternoons and your Sundays.

You plan on loose sheets of paper and lose exactly the one that mattered.

Every year you start again and rebuild the same tables from scratch.

Marks and averages costs you hours with a calculator in your hand, every reporting term.

Meetings, relief lessons and parent contact: plenty of information, and nowhere that it all comes together.

Recognise even one of these? There is a ready-made answer — just below.

Behind the planner

Hello, I am Nicole

I have been teaching for more than ten years. For a long time I did exactly what you may be doing now: rebuilt my tables at the start of every school year, wrote marks into a book, and kept parent contact details in three different places.

So I made the planner I needed myself: complete, organised and easy to use.

I used it myself first. Then colleagues started asking for it. Teacher Planner came out of that: made by someone who knows what a Sunday afternoon looks like with a pile of marking in front of you.

My aim is simple: less time on admin, more time for the class.

Frequently asked questions

The questions I always get

What exactly do I get, and when?

Right after payment you get an email with a download link: the Teacher Planner, 280 fillable pages, plus 6 bonuses. No shipping, no waiting — it is yours in two minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first.

Do I need to install anything, or be good with technology?

If you can send a message on WhatsApp, you will manage this comfortably. It is an interactive PDF: you open it, fill it in, save it. Free Adobe Acrobat Reader is all you need — on Windows, Mac, iPad and Android. To be straight with you: PDF previews in a browser, and Preview on a Mac, do not save what you type reliably and do not work out the averages. Use Acrobat for that.

How long does it take to set up for my classes?

About ten minutes. You enter the first Monday of the school year and 53 weeks and 12 months fill in on their own. You write the holidays and breaks once — they are not printed in, because the DBE calendar differs between inland and coastal schools, so they have a page of their own. Then you add your classes, and you are done. The five-step quick start at the front takes you through it.

Will it suit my type of school?

Yes. It is built around the South African school: four terms plus a free slot, percentages with weighted averages and the CAPS levels 1–7, conduct and attitude, support needs and an ISP. The mark scale also has a comment-only option, for the Foundation Phase. The wording is deliberately neutral, from Foundation Phase to Grade 12. You write in your own subjects, dates, holidays and terms — which is how the planner fits your school rather than the other way round.

Can I print it?

Yes, in landscape (29.1 × 21.2 cm, which is A4 landscape), and it comes out cleanly on any printer. Many teachers work digitally and print only what they take into the lesson: the week, the class list or the relief page. You choose the pages — you do not have to print all 280.

Can I use it again next school year?

Yes. Keep a blank copy and enter the new first Monday at the start of the new year: the whole calendar rebuilds itself. There is no printed year — you are not buying a year, you are buying the file.

Is it a one-off payment or a subscription?

One-off. No subscription, no renewal, no surprise three months later. You pay once, you download, done.

Can I share it with my colleagues?

Your purchase includes a licence for your own use. If you would like to use it across a whole staff or department, write to info@nicoleadamsedu.com and I will put together a school offer that works out better than buying individually.

What if I get stuck?

Write to info@nicoleadamsedu.com and I will answer within 24-48 hours on business days. You are dealing with a teacher, not a call centre. Most questions are already answered by the quick start at the front of the PDF: navigation, saving, printing and what you need to run it.
